How to use the hot tub correctly

Here are some basic guidelines for using the hot tub properly:
Before entering the Jacuzzi:
Check the water temperature. It should be comfortable and safe for your body.
Before entering, take a shower to clean your skin of any dirt and oils that may build up on it.
If you have health problems or allergies, consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
Entering the Jacuzzi:
Enter carefully and gradually, especially if the water is very hot.
Do not jump to avoid risk of injury or splashing water outside the hot tub.
Stay in the jacuzzi:
Stay in the hot tub for a reasonable amount of time, usually no more than 15-20 minutes per session.
Feel free to rest and relax, but don't overdo it with long sessions.
Water Temperature:
Determine the appropriate water temperature that is comfortable for you without being too hot or cold.
The jacuzzi temperature is usually between 37°C and 40°C, but it can be adjusted according to your preferences.
Exiting the Jacuzzi:
Wean off gradually to avoid sudden changes in your blood pressure.
After you get out, wash with clean water to remove any residual chlorine or other chemicals that may remain on your skin.
Safety:
Do not use the hot tub alone, especially if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Avoid overexertion or overheating, especially if you are pregnant or suffer from heart disease or other health problems.
Combine with massage and hydrotherapy:
Use the Jacuzzi as a base for massage and hydrotherapy. Hydromassage jets can help relax tense muscles and speed up recovery after sports or physical activity.
Following these guidelines will help you enjoy a safe and enjoyable hot tub experience. It is always important to be careful and take care of your health and well-being.
