Steam generation capacity: Works in high-performance systems from 20 to 90 kg/h. 🛠️ Maintenance and spare parts Periodicity: Due to the huge volume of evaporated water and the rapid accumulation of limescale, mandatory inspection and cleaning are carried out every 300 operating hours (or more often in areas with hard water). Cleaning: The large volume housing is disassembled into two halves. The accumulated scale is scraped off and the bottom filter screen is thoroughly washed to prevent clogging of the drain. Electrodes: The larger stainless steel electrodes are mechanically cleaned of deposits, without acids. They are replaced when worn or critically thinned. Seals: Due to the larger diameter of the cylinder, it is highly critical to install a new large O-ring on the housing with each assembly for complete heat-resistant tightness.
